Paula Elizabeth (Revak) Voytko

February 24, 1943 ~ March 30, 2024 (age 81)

Paula E. Voytko, 81, Dunmore, died Saturday morning at home surrounded by love.

Born in New York, NY, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Anna Revak Voytko.   Paula is remembered as being a kind and thoughtful soul with an open heart that was generous to all. Her heart and door were always open to a soul in need. She gave more than she took. Where she was, there was light and hope. She brought joy to our lives. She valued kindness most of all and never passed judgment.

Paula was also a remarkable mother, devoted as anyone could ever wish or dream. Paula was incredibly strong. She raised her daughter as a single Mom who was blessed to have loving, supporting friends who survive her to this day. Paula enjoyed solitude and shared a delicate calmness in her later years, but was a fun loving, rebel in her youth. She always embodied qualities of a woman who believed in honesty, trust, respect, and life’s adventures. On this day an incredible soul is remembered and cherished, as an unforgettable impression has been left on us all. We will forever hold her wisdom dear, remembering to ask ourselves "What would Paula do?" For asking that will ensure we are our best selves no matter the circumstances. True and just.

Surviving is her daughter, Nicole Mason and life partner Adam Sabatell, Dunmore; many nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her sister, Martha Fritz.

A memorial gathering will be held at a later date.
